eps應急電源所用的充電器要符合哪些條件

  在EPS應急電源使用過程中,蓄電池將儲存的化學能轉化為電能供負載設備使用。當儲存在蓄電池中的化學能耗盡時,它將不再向負載供電。為了及時補充EPS電池的電能,必須使用充電器對EPS電池進行充電。充電器的質量對電池的容量和使用壽命有很大的影響。所以在選擇EPS電池充電器的時候,一定要選擇EPS電源廠商配備的電池充電器,或許還要選擇一些質量比較好的充電器。

  EPS應急電源的充電器一般采用高頻開關電源技術完成,部分大功率EP應急S電源采用晶閘管相控整流充電器。一個好的EPS電源充電器應該具備以下條件:

  充電器應能確保大充電電流不超過指定蓄電池的工作值,如預定的主動循環充電模式和主動充電-浮動充電。浮動充電電壓符合指定蓄電池的推薦值,應避免快速充電。

  市電正常時,EPS應急電源的充電器一般需要給控制系統供電。充電器應具有較高的可靠性和良好的自維護功能,并應能適應較寬的輸入通信電壓范圍,以保證在各種惡劣的供電環境下正常充電,并為EPS應急電源的控制系統供電。由于充電器功率較低,大部分時間工作在輕載狀態,所以交流輸入功率因數和諧波含量不是很重要。
